At WearOne, all products are fulfilled, printed, and shipped through Printify, our print-on-demand production partner. Because Printify manufactures each item specifically for every order, all return, replacement, and refund requests are processed according to Printify’s official policy.

This Return & Refund Policy outlines Printify’s rules and conditions, which automatically apply to every order placed through our store.

1. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

All WearOne products are created using Printify’s print-on-demand system.
This means:

  • Every item is custom-made when an order is placed
  • Products are unique and not produced in bulk
  • Printify does not support returns or exchanges for customer errors

Therefore, returns & exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Wrong color ordered
  • Customer changed their mind
  • Disliking the fit, style, or design
  • Ordering by mistake

Please review size charts carefully before placing an order.


2. When Printify Offers a Refund or Free Reprint

Printify offers a free reprint or a refund only in the following cases:

Damaged Product Received

Visible damage caused during production or shipping.

Manufacturing Error

Example: incorrect print, misaligned print (within allowed limits), poor-quality print.

Incorrect Item Shipped

Wrong size, design, or product type not matching the order.

Item Lost in Transit

If confirmed by the shipping carrier.


3. Proof Required (Printify Requirements)

To process a refund or reprint, Printify requires:

  • A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • For multiple defective products with the same issue, a single photo or video showing all affected items is required

Printify does not require physical returns — you keep the item.


4. Tolerances & Acceptable Variations

Printify’s DTG (Direct to Garment) printing allows for a 0.5” print placement tolerance.
Minor variations in print placement are not considered defects.


5. Unsupported Return Reasons

Printify does not offer refunds or reprints for:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Wrong color chosen
  • Typographical mistakes made by the buyer
  • Customer no longer wants the product
  • Slight color differences due to device screen settings
  • Slight print placement differences within tolerance

These issues are outside of Printify’s responsibility.


6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address entered by customer
  • Customer not available to receive the package
  • Customer failing to pick up parcel from a pickup point

Printify offers:

  • A reprint at additional cost
    OR
  • A partial refund (exact amount depends on Printify’s evaluation)

Shipping fees cannot be refunded for failed deliveries.


7. How Refunds Work (Printify Policy)

Refunds from Printify are:

  • Sent to the Printify account balance
  • Withdrawn by WearOne to refund the customer via their original payment method

Important:
If your payment currency is not USD, the refund will automatically return directly to the original payment source (according to Printify’s policy).


8. How to Submit a Return, Refund, or Reprint Request

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Clear photos showing the problem
  4. Photo of ALL affected items (if multiple)

We submit your claim directly to Printify on your behalf.
Printify reviews and approves refund/reprint requests according to their official policy.


9. No Physical Returns Required

Printify does not accept physical returns for defective items.
You may keep, donate, or recycle the product.
