How does Print-on-Demand (POD) work with your artwork?

All our designs—hand-drawn historical paintings and AI-crafted historical illustrations—are printed only after you order.
This ensures:

  • No mass production or waste

  • Eco-friendly manufacturing

  • Custom-made items handcrafted digitally for each customer

How long does shipping take?

Shipping varies by location and product type.
Typically:

  • Production time: 2–7 business days

  • Shipping time: 3–14 business days (depending on region)

Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is custom-created and printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Choosing the wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Change of mind

Please double-check all product details before placing your order.

What if my order arrives damaged or with a printing defect?

If you receive a:

  • Damaged product

  • Misprinted item

  • Wrong item

  • Clearly defective print

We offer a free replacement or refund, handled through our production partner Printify.
Please contact us within 30 days and include clear photos of the issue.

My order says delivered, but I cannot find it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please:

  • Check your mailbox or parcel locker

  • Check with neighbours or building reception

  • Review your tracking link for delivery notes

If it still cannot be located, contact us and we will help resolve it quickly.

Why do my items arrive separately?

Because different historical-art collections may be printed at different Printify facilities, your items may be produced and shipped from separate locations.
This allows us to deliver your orders faster.
You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
After production starts, changes are no longer possible.
If you need immediate help, email us as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide.
Shipping fees and delivery times depend on the destination and local carriers.
